Hi all!

Thanks for looking at my post to hopefully find a solution.
I have a 2024 Wildwood 28 View - over the last couple months we have noticed this wall near the front door coming un-nailed from the wall, I can see the nails still in the wood under the wallpaper as they came out of the exterior wall.

Anything I should do to fix this or could I use brad nails and resecure it?

Our door is particularly difficult to close, requiring us to pull at it to secure and latch.

Thanks so much!

Isn't this unit under warranty? That would be my first inclination to pursue a warranty claim

Possibly the window clamp ring is pulling the wallboard apart. More detective work needed imo.

Check the striker plate on the door. It may be loose and come out of alignment.
Check the lockset itself for a loose deadbolt or other loose bolts. I use blue thread locker on mine to prevent those bolts or screws in that area from loosening

I encourage my people to not slam shut doors. Hard to keep kids especially from doing this.
