Hi, I have a 2018 Forest River Sandpiper FLOK379. My tanks have been drained. Only toilet flushinga since drainage. Water is leaking underneath in the center of belly of the 5th wheel. Is this leak a major problem? Thank you in advance for your responses.

Any leak in an RV is a potential big problem if left unfixed.

You will need to determine the source of the leak, either yourself or hire someone to do it.

take the belly off to inspect fix and allow to dry

are you on city water?
it mostly uses the same pipes/hoses as the pump

If you see the leak turn off city water too and see if it stops
then open all cupboards and covers to inspect the pipes

If you can't do it any qualified plumber can look at it... you don't need a RV specialist

Are you connected to city water?

You say "Water is leaking underneath in the center of belly of the 5th wheel." (your words)
Is this leak from a hose that slightly protrudes the underbelly (drain/overflow) or is the leak coming from an unplanned spot?
There's a reason for asking this as there can be ways the city water bypasses the check valve in the pump and causes the fresh tank to overflow.

Moved thread from the Off Topic section to the Plumbing, Water Systems and Fixtures sub-forum since the OP's questions are specific to that particular sub-forum and are not Off Topic questions.

For that matter, depending on whether the RV is level, the water could also be drip from the water heater over-temperature/pressure valve.

put a elbow on it then a piece of PEX to a convenient outside spot
