A/C is not working

I have a 2014 charleston BH 430 and for some reason the the a/c’s are not running when hooked up to 50amp power. The A/cs run fine on the generator. Any help or ideas what to do?

I have a 2014 charleston BH 430 and for some reason the the a/c’s are not running when hooked up to 50amp power. The A/cs run fine on the generator. Any help or ideas what to do?

Update: looks like a bad automatic relay transfer switch. Will need to run in the generator until I can change it out.
