Anyone own a late model Lincoln Aviator?

Head's up - that's not Audi/VW, despite looking like it and being sold by it. IIRC, the only car maker backing it's own warranty plan in the US was Subaru.

Audi Pure Protection is some kerfuffle that is designed to look as much like a VW product as possible, despite not officially being a part of the automaker. VWFS PROTECTION SERVICES, INC. is DBA Audi Pure Protection, and I believe, is actually offered through Safe-Guard.

Not that it should dissuade you, by all means - most warranty programs are actually designed by and administered through different companies. Just be careful/forceful/buttoned up in using the policy. As you discovered with your LR, they can be good investments.

Thanks for the info. Yeah, I don't care so long as they honor their end. Been on both sides of that warranty. One worked great, the other took our money and ran!

Based on having owned Fusion, MKZ, Expedition, and Navigator the Lincoln's will have a few more horses, nicer ride, and more sound deadening.
