Arctic Wolf holding tanks questions

In a similar situation and still a "newbie" (year 3...) to the RV world... Just purchased a 43' - 2021 Cherokee Arctic Wolf... ALL spec checks on different sites state I have one 35 gal black tank and one 70 gal grey tank, yet there is a drain away from the main 2 drain handles and the label on the outside of the building says Galley Tank... Very confusing??? Anyone with the same rig who may have the simple explanation???

OP, since you are asking for model-specific information, you need to post what model number your Arctic Wolf is.
Your profile says you have a 2017 Salem.

The length of your trailer is not as helpful as your model number when it comes to getting help.

I suspect you have 2 35 gallon gray tanks.

I don't have your make (didnt see a model) but a single 70 gallon grey tank is unheard of.
Three 35 gallon tanks are common.

I bet you have a 35 gallon black tank and TWO 35 gallon grey tanks, especially from your handle description.

A galley tank is almost always the kitchen sink. Food dye and different colored water down the drains and out the outlets will tell you what drains where.
