I recently purchased a 2021 cherokee 274 brb and as with most new things it has its kinks... but we believe there was an error on the length of the awning. There is a bumper on the side of the camper so that the door doesnt hit against it but funnt thing is the door cant even open all the way. When awning is closed or open it hits the arm (and i have glass doors). I had to put a bumper on the awning arm. The awning needs to be a foot longer. I am very upset about this and will be contacting forest river to see what can be done. Grrrr

How did it get past inspection before purchase? Im trying to invision this? A pic may help. My guess is your door is all the way at back of trailer and the awning arm is also there and the door opens out and twards that back?

I googled your floor plan. 2 doors 3 windows and an awning on that side of camper the front door was never going to open all the way and latch on the side of camper like some units. Assuming thats why the bumber is in place.
