Bathroom Faucet

My 2022 Puma Palomino has a double handled 4" centerset bathroom faucet. The faucet spout is so short that you can hardly get your hands between the faucet and the back of the sink to wash your hands. Brushing teeth is difficult as well as you have to lean all the way to the wall practically, as the water runs down the back part of the sink. I would like to replace the faucet with one that has a spout long enough to run water to the center of the sink over the drain. Has anyone else experienced this, and do you have a recommendation on where to get a replacement RV faucet, and what type exactly? I appreciate any feedback.

Go to any home improvement store and pick one you like, nothing special about "rv faucets" other than being ultra cheap.

I had the same crappy faucet and problems. To make matterw worse, it is on the side of the sink, not behind it. Replaced it with this one - 8" spout reach.

As latner said, there is nothing special about an RV faucet. On every trailer or boat I've owned, the plumbing was standard 1/2" lines and fittings.

Cheap RV Faucet

Thanks to everyone who responded to my thread, and thanks for the good information. I agree that RV faucets are very cheap plastic, and most times installed in a very tight location. It makes me wonder what the designers are thinking when they come up with stuff like this. I'll look into your suggestions and replacement ideas. Thanks!

It’s not the designers…..it’s the budget guys!!!!!
And none of them owns the same RV.

If you change it to a standard style non RV model
make sure you have some way to adjust the water flow


too much and it will splash all over the place in a shallow sink

Thanks for all of the suggestions and information guys. All they had to do was make a longer spout. I can live with the cheap plastic. It's not like we use the camper every day. But I am going to change is to make it more useable anyway.
