I am sorry you are having problems with your slide. I had a major failure with my bedroom slide while still under warranty. I know the pain.
I have a Norco Accu-Slide Slide-Out System.

I do not know what type of slide you have but please do a search on YouTube.

Example of a Youtube Accu-Slide search.
Youtube: accu slide cable adjustment

I learned a lot about my FR3 slides from this forum and Youtube.

I hope you find some help.

My thread from Sept about my slide motor:
Stuck in my Driveway with a dead living room slide motor

If your slides are hydraulic I suppose the cylinder could be extending to far at the bottom which may tilt the slide top inward. The adjustment for the cylinder is via the nuts on the end of the actuator. I believe the GT 378 has only 1 actuator for the bedroom and it might be accessed from under the bed. Here is the procedure that may/may not help.

From your pictures seems all seems well. If the slide top is lagging (top never does get to wall) from the start of putting the slide out then I don't think there is an actuator adjustment issue.

You have any idea what could be wrong I'm at a complete lost have no ideal what to even look at or what to do

Can we assume that this issue recently developed and the slide sealed completely at one time?

Well I just bought this rv and I did not notice it till i got it home and set it up and started going through it cleaning and notic it was not all the way out at top when wall was out all looked good from out side with wall in my first rv and guess I did not do a very good job checking it out

Is it possible something has gotten behind the molding on one of the sides or top? There will be a slight gap (same as front 2 slides) from the wall. What is the gap for the bedroom slide? Sometimes there is a strip of black tape around the slides on the outside but it is not very accurate as whether the slide is all the way out or not.

Are you looking at it on the outside or inside? Do you see daylight through the gape? Can water get in when it rains?

Can you get a RV Tech look at it? A good RV Tech can tell you what is wrong & how much to fix.

What is the piece of metal between the 2 nuts that looks bent and loose on one side in pic #4?

Just for grins and giggles you could adjust the inboard nut on the actuator more towards the cylinder to delay the slide going out and not put so much pressure on the bottom of the slide. Hit the bedroom slide in switch till that nut is visible and adjust a few turns (keep count of turns) and hit the bedroom out switch and see if there is a change at the top with the bottom still flush. If there is, continue with the nut adjustment. If not you can adjust the nut back to where it was.

That is the stationary end of the actuator and it is in a normal configuration. Additionally, it is at the bottom of the slide and the bottom of the slide is flush when deployed.

Do you have slide toppers? If you do could they be holding the top of the slide out of position

Yes I do have slide topper I tried turning topper and it turn and it got loose and slide did not move going to take it off just to be sure it's not the problem thanks for the ideal
