Berkshire honking issue

Hello, our rv has started honking while sitting. Sometimes the lights flash while honking and sometimes it doesn’t. Anyone know what this means???

Does the coach have keyless entry with the key fob remotes? If so the battery in the transponder may be ending it cycle life and may need to be replaced.

This drove me nuts for about 2 years. Neither Freightliner nor FR Plant in Elkhart found a solution.

Since I did the following, I have not had another instance of the horn blowing for no reason.

I removed the dash access cover and found a small hole in the AC hose line. Once I taped it up, no more problem. Guess it was either low temperature on an electronic component or condensation. I think more condensation because it would often start hours after arrival at a park. If it happened while I was driving, it was in the late afternoon. I really thought it was a wire grounding out but I could never find a culprit in the steering column or where the wire bundle runs behind the small drawers in the console. On the afternoon events, I tried to follow water drips from the AC air intake but the horn wiring is not located underneath that point.
