Don't mean to be dumb, but do you use that instead of a fry pan and stove? It can't replace a barbecue correct. I bet it is good for eggs or pancakes bacon and things like that ,but what about steak and chicken. I have been seeing a lot of these lately.
Yes, nice menu but people are replacing barbs for this, what you described you can do on a stove with a fry pan or even grille. I can see the joy of cooking outside, but don't you lose the option of a barb. Steak or chicken? I'm not against them at all but really don't know if I want to replace my barbecue to add that. Like I said I love a big area to cook on but. And that is a big but to me. I love the flavor of a barbeque. Been thinking of getting one but still not convinced. I think it limits you, am I right or wrong.
I have all but the air fryer and replace small LP grill with roadtrip[emoji6]You guys............. man!
It takes a lot of paraphenalia to cook while camping. Especially if you're gone for months!
GMG Smoker
Small lp grill (like 2 burgers small)
5500 btu burner for outside deep frying
Blackstone griddle
NuWave cooktop
Instapot
Air Fryer (May ditch that one, it seems to do very little)
T-Fal
and various pots, pans, scrubbers, and whatnot
I have the coleman roadtrip and the cleanup after a trip was horrible's. I love my 22" Blackstone. In the last week gave done chicken breasts, sausage with peppers, onions and portobello mushrooms, and today for dinner I just did burgers and steamed/griddled broccoli all on the Blackstone. Will I ever get rid of my 4 burner stainless Weber? **** no, but for traveling and ease of use and cleanup this is great
IWannaCamp, could you provide more details about your adjustable LP regulator? What is it and what issues did it address? I've got the low pressure quick connect to the camper. I also have magnets to hold aluminum foil to block the wind but still.have some cold spots.
