Bob Fields is a great guy and he worked hard to help a lot of folks with
Concertone problems.

Unfortunately he has moved on to greener pastures.

We do not have a Concertone rep monitoring the FRF site as far as we know.

I just visited the concertone.com website looking for a phone number
but could not find one.

I guess there might be a tech support phone number in literature that
comes with a new unit?

If you have a relatively new Concertone and would check your owners
manual and post the tech support phone number here, we'd appreciate it!
