I am trying to add a bumper mounted bike rack on my 2019 Coachmen Freedom Express but the bumper does not extend much past the camper base. Also, I need to add strength to the bumper. Looks like it is only welded on at two points.
Has anyone experienced similar with their Freedom Express?
All thoughts and ideas welcomed.

DON'T attach a bike rack, to the bumper only.
Your trailer has an ultralight frame and the flimsy bumper welds will not survive the forces caused on the road.
There are literally thousands of posts about this, with many failure stories.
The consensus is that you have a receiver welded and braced to the frame.

What type of receiver? Can you give me an example?
Usually most bike racks use a 2in or 1 1/4in receiver. It would help if you posted a pic or link of the rack your looking at.
Also most bike racks are not for RV usage. Only a few are approved for RV usage.
Have you done any research, regarding bike racks on RVs?
You need to understand that your trailer has no shocks. So the loaded bike rack will be pulled back and down, over and over.
As an avid cyclist, with expensive bikes, I will NEVER carry my bikes on the back of a trailer, where I can't see them.

2X Many posts of caution advising against attaching a bike rack to the bumper.

Find a mobile welder to come to you. They'll know exactly what you need. I've had that done on all my trailers.
Ideally, buy your bike rack first so they know what you'll be using.
