Campsite Reserve rear observation camera

Hello. We also recently purchased a Campsite Reserve. I can’t get the backup camera to work. When I scan the QR code, I get the message “no usable data found.” I’ve downloaded the One Control app and tried putting in the information manually, but I still can’t get it to connect. Does anyone have any suggestions?

A lot of campers the tow vehicle has to have its lights on for the camera to work. Tied into the camper's tail lights.

Do you have them on?

Yes. We’ve tried it with the lights on and off.
