Chassis fuse panel malfunction?

I have a 2014 Forest River Legacy, and no components coming from my chassis fuse paneling is working. The side sliding step doesn’t work, the awning is not working. On the dash the privacy curtain stopped, aux start is down, and most importantly no power to the dash when turning the ignition. It seems to be linking back to this fuse panel. Does anyone have an idea of where to go from here?

Thank you!

Not in any order but do/try .................any of the following:

have you checked chassis battery charge level (voltage)?
make sure main negative to frame is connected and tight

is there a emergency start switch (on the seat allows you to try and use house battery to start / charge the chassis battery

use jumper cables ............ from another vehicle

plug in shore power and test if it is also charging the chassis battery

use a stand alone automotive battery charger to charge the chassis

There should NOT be a disconnect switch to turn OFF chassis battery from dash or normal chassis loads
starter, headlights, wipers etc BUT you can find the dash fuse board and check it is getting 12v power from battery ... then test each fuse

Multi meter is a good tester for RV... cost effective and can be used for 12v automotive and 120v house loads
lots of videos on how to use a multimeter for testing

Update: I had a mobile RV service guy come out and fix the issue, it ended up being a faulty battery disconnect switch. The guy took it apart, cleaned it up and slightly elevated the connection bolts and BOOM good to go!

You may not have taken particular notice, but I would be very interested in knowing the Service guy's step-by-step process for solving this issue.....

step one.... get out the multimeter or a test lamp
step 2............ test battery has good charge
step 3 ....... put ONE probe on the battery side terminal of the switch the OTHER probe onto the frame ground ............. confirm voltage
step 4 ....... put ONE probe on the OUT/CONVERTER side terminal of the disconnect switch the OTHER
probe onto the frame ground ................ confirm voltage

If no voltage in step 4
wiggle, rotate or kick the disconnect switch
if it still does not work it needs replacing.... Only real good brands can be repaired
most are JUNK just easier to replace it

If you are travelling ......
take the wires off the converter side of the switch .
PUT them on the battery side of the switch.
continue camping until you can get a replacement switch.

EDIT... additional
Disconnect battery before trying to work on the disconnect switch with any tools
DON"T ask!

Hello C&T. I had something similar happen with my Flagstaff Micro Lite. The electronics would work for a while and then stop working for no apparent reason. I checked fuses visually and all appeared good. But when I checked them with the meter, there was no continuity through the fuses. I replaced all the fuses and all was well. Just something you might want to try. Good luck!
