Zx75 alarm problem

Hi all,

Recently bought a used 2009 Rockwood Roo and it has the Concertone ZX75 stereo. An alarm goes off early in the morning and I can’t figure out how to shut it off. I’ve downloaded the instruction manual and it says that while the unit is off the x bass button can be used to turn on and off the alarm and that the screen would say ring on and ring off, however it doesn’t say anything and pushing the x bass button doesn’t do anything, but the alarm still keeps going off. This happens even after the unit has been without power for the entire winter, help??
