Connexx TV question

The TV is mounted to the wall, by the dealership. I need to find the manual control buttons. I looked at the manual and watched the video, but both fail to ID the location of the manual control buttons. I've felt around and behind the TV as much as I could. Can anyone tell me where the manual control buttons can be found (felt)? Thanks!

Didn't your owners packet come with the tv's manual? If not, go to the manufacturer website.
The tv should be removable, possibly a V-wall mount.
Call the dealer and how they mounted it?

The dealership didn’t provide an owners manual and gave me a generic universal remote … not the Connect remote. They are 3 hours away and not much help on the phone. The remote may work but it does not turn the tv on. I want to find the manual buttons to be sure the tv is “on” after being stored for the winter. The battery is 100% charged and all other power works. Mfg website is where I found the manual and it addresses the button functions, but not where I can access the buttons. I really don’t want to dismount the tv.

I'm not sure what model you have but my Connexx controls are on the lower right bottom. They do not stand out much. I know this is not a lot of help but maybe some.

Gads! Those are flush buttons. I had to use a magnifying mirror to see their outlines, but I found em right where you said. Thanks!

Connexx TVManuals

Sadly these manuals are a dismal abomination.

1. Printed manual illustrations and text is miniscule and illegible even with a magnifying glass.
2. No pictures of port locations on the TV, ie rear and all sides other than front (which has no ports)..
3. No pictures of manual button controls, if there are any.
4. Mounting instructions are lacking substantive details.

Not well thought out, is just thrown together by the manufacturer as a minimalist afterthought.
