Contacting Forest River

Have sent several emails with no luck contacting FR. Hopefully they are just real busy and this is not the norm.

Does anyone else have this problem?

Fleetwood and Winnebago got back within 2 to 3 days. Not counting holidays and week ends.

Also I have found that their manuals are very generic. Not use to that ether. Last coach I need three days to get through all of the manuals. The coach manual had 2 supplements. Hopefully the packet in the coach is better. They were also tailored to my coach and its options.
