I have a 2018 Forest River Cardinal luxury and the on off button broke on the inside control panel and I can not access anything

Since this could be a Cardinal-unique issue, we've moved the thread to the Cardinal sub-forum.

Please post a pic of this control panel and on/off switch.

1. You’re going to have to remove the control panel face to access the wiring behind. Disconnect any 12 volt supply to your rig.
2. TAKE PHOTOS of the wiring connections to the affected switch.
3. Remove the switch and see if you can get the correct replacement switch at your automotive supply store, or a well equipped RV parts dealership.
4. You should be able to verify the switch operation before closing up your panel.

We have a 2017 Cardinal 3250 RL. The only button that controls anything (other than the holding tank levels) on the control panel is for the inverter. If it's the inverter on/off switch, it's easily found on Amazon. What we have is the Xantrex brand inverter. Here's the link:
It comes with a new ribbon cable for the unit, but not necessary to replace that cord. Only $33.00 and very easy to install. You'll have to take the control panel out to get to the wiring, pull the old switch off, then install the new switch, test it then reinstall the control panel.
