We haven't slept on ours yet but I was assuming that we would get a memory foam topper like mentioned by stallsmi. Bummer that you have a memory foam top and it's still not comfy.

rmac.....now that's funny because the company that made our mattress' just went out of business this past summer. Owner retired.
