Dometic fridge works on 12v and gas, but not 120v

As mentioned, fridge works fine on all but 120v, where nothing happens, even after hours of trying to cool. The switch reads 120v when on, the 120v heater reads 100 ohms, which is in spec. All that's left is the thermostat, but I don't know how to test that. Is it likely enough that I should just replace it? If so I'm faced with the challenge of finding the same or equivalent thermostat.
My RM 2193 fridge is #00921131032 and came with my 2021 camper. The parts manual I have only goes up to fridge version #00921131025 and is from 2004. That manual identifies the electric thermostat as #2926528031 which doesn't seem purchase-able anymore.

Looking for any suggestions on how to proceed.

What is the voltage across the heating element at the boiler? Should be 120 volts AC. Could be a control panel fault. You will need the manual and schematic to troubleshoot in detail.

There isn't a control panel per se, just the thermostat. That's why I'm thinking I have to replace that component, knowing the heater is probably good. The big problem here is I'm not able to source an exact replacement.

Assuming this is a Dometic fridge from the outside take the cover off the back of the fridge. There should be a small square black plastic cover over some electronic components. Take that cover off and look for a glass fuse about 3/4 to 1 inch long. See if that fuse is blown. I had that happen and I replaced the fuse and it worked. The fuse in mine was a 5 amp and I got spares at Lowes or Home Depot.

No worries, I appreciate the effort. For anyone else needing to replace this thermostat, Dometic updated this part in 2018, the new part number is # 2926528106.

Since it's $100+ for a new one, and since I won't know the answer to that till after I replace it I'm going to hold off replacing it for now. Besides, I mainly boondock and the gas function doesn't use it.

Moved thread from the Appliances and Electronics sub-forum to the Tent Camper and Popup section since the OP's 3-way fridge is only found in popups and other folding trailers.
Hopefully other Popup owners will be more helpful.

This ^^^ is the right answer. Before spending $100 on a thermostat, the OP should make sure there is 120 Vac across the heating element. A $5-10 investment on a voltmeter or multimeter would be a useful addition to his toolbox.

No need to throw parts at something until you know it will fix it. Too much of this going around.
Proper troubleshooting and diagnosis would save folks a LOT of money.
