Drain line from bedroom slide out

Does anyone have a 1/2 flexible drain line that comes out below there slide out, I looked under slide out from inside TT and there is a small metal catch pan that catches water from slide out frame and drains water through a hose in floor to drain water outside. There is a filter that sticks in the end of the line that keeps dirt dobbers from stopping up the line, the filter is old and brittle, I can't find a replacement filter any ideas where I could get one?

This is the filter that just slides up inside the flex drain hose.
