Neutral DURA-TAIN Protection Treatment

In the next couple of days I will be the owner of a Forest River 2024 Mini-Lite 2109S It is a pre owned unit in very good condition. The dealership is pushing a rv protection treatment called DURA-TAIN Protection. Would like some feedback on this treatment such as Likes and Dislikes.

Not worth it. Just extra profit for dealer. Just keep it well washed and waxed and it will do the same.

I had something put on mine when I bought it new. Don't remember the brand but I think it was some kind of polymer coating. Eight years later it still looks new and cleans easily. All I use to clean it car wash and wax soap. Never been hand waxed. Is it worth it? I don't know but not having to hand wax and easy cleaning is worth something to me.
