After posting a scathing review of Dynamax, I owe it to this company to tell the rest of the story and say Thank You.

I posted "My Dynamax Nightmare" on this forum last year. At the time I had several small issues and several major issues. I'm not going to rehash it all, if you have time search and read the post.

I would like to let everyone know that this company went above and beyond to fix every issue I had. I took my DX3 to the Dynamax warehouse in Elkhart Indiana and they removed and replaced my roof, repainted the roof and even replaced some fixtures that I did not report because I damaged them myself. I must say, you have a great company and they did a great job. I was worried that I might get billed and that was not the case. They did not charge me a dime. I would like to add that the coach was out of warranty and they did the repairs anyway.

Thank you Brian Clemens, you helped get my repairs covered from Dynamax and Freightliner. I can not say Thank you enough!

Thank you for your follow up and very happy to hear they treated you extremely well, it is always nice to hear the good things as most only post the bad. Dynamax and Brian Clemens do great thing so happy they took good care of you.

I had a similar experience with my Sunseeker. I grumbled quite a bit about some issues and spent some money locally for repairs that were disappointing. Brian Clemens got involved and the Sunseeker group did a bunch of stuff and did some things I wasn't expecting. Mine was out of warranty as well and I wasn't charged anything.
