New to us 2021 forest river Cherokee park model. We are plugged in to 30amp with the converter plug. What’s not working is electric water heater, the gfi in the bathroom isn’t working, the kitchen outlets aren’t working, the electric fireplace won’t turn on. The microwave and the built in washer/dryer don’t work either. Any thoughts?
Our fridge, led lights, tv and radio work.

We are thinking of pulling the panel to test. It’s odd that the AC works but nothing else really off the panel. The GFI in the bathroom isn’t getting juice but other outlets not on that circuit are working.

Sorry if this suggestion is overly simplistic, but have you flipped all the AC breakers off and back on again? It's often hard to tell when one has tripped and needs a reset. I'd try that before pulling the power center if you haven't already.

If you do need to pull the power center, check all AC and DC connections to make sure they're good and tight with good connection to the conductors.

We pulled the panel and tested voltage. All the ones in the left were 0. The right side had voltage. Changed the 50-30 converter plug and everything works now. Crazy. Thx to those that replied

Don't rush to pull the entire power center. There's nothing to see behind/beneath it. Just undo the two screws at the top corners and lift the faceplace off and you can see every connection.

I wise idea is to unplug from the pedestal and tighten every screw you can find, including those on the circuit breakers, the neutral bus, and the ground bus.
If you don't have power at the screws of the main breakers (measured with respect to both the neutral and ground busses), the measure the voltage at the RV end of your cord. You may have to pull the inlet fixture on the side of the RV out and make sure its terminal screws are tight. There have been reports of loose terminal screws in all spots on RVs.

Park model ... would expect that to be 50 amp
2 x 120v hot wires going in

If you got it hooked to 30amp then you probably only got half the circuits powered?

I think you nailed it. The 30A to 50A adapter was likely only supplying one leg of power to the dual leg 50A connector. My guess is it was a cheap adapter that skimped on wiring to properly connect both 120V legs in a 50A RV.

There is one trick adapter that feeds the 30 amps from the pedestal to both lines of the 50 amp trailer cable. The limitation is that the sum of currents into both sides is 30 amps. It takes very careful power management to make this work.

If the OP hasn't considered that, he has probably tripped the breaker at the pedestal and needs to turn it fully Off, then On.
