Epro Model year question

Hi All,

Hope you can help me with a model year question, that I tend to get confused on.

I bought my Epro 20BHS on 8/2020. It had just been delivered to the dealer from the factory one day before I bought it. I believe it was considered a 2021 model but I can't remember how to tell.

Does anyone here know when the 2021's were released or what the release dates are for the new models.

I could swear it was for sale as a 2021 model but I can't seem to find proof.

I just heard back from Deb in support the M in my Vin indicates it is a 2021 model!

Best support department I have ever dealt with!

Didn't title/registration and/or build sheet give you model year? My 2019 was built in Sep-Oct 2018.
