Europa tips, tricks and mods

Dinette Ceiling Light. In our '22 the dinette ceiling light is just on / off, can't be dimmed. Would like to change that. How is dimming handled on the firefly system? Is the 12v dimmer a Firefly component and is it located in the rear wiring bay or with the light element?

Thoughts?

QUESTION ON HOLDING TANKS. There has been much discussion on tank sensors and monitors in this group. Does anyone know the manufacturer of the tank sensors used in the Europa? I find no information provided by factory. I am confident that I do not have a dirty sensor problem. I now need more information to try to find the source of my problem. My problem is my gray tank.

Yeah it's been covered several times on the forums, there's even debugging instructions usually the problem is that the sensor isn't level in the tank I'd start with that here's an example thread Any other way to calibrate fresh tank sensor?

Firefly has a set number of "Dimmable" circuits.

Others have got around this by replacing the fixture with a dimmable 12V light, dimmer on the light.

Another project. Sammy holder. This was more about the process and learning the possibilities using a bit of my actual degree from 36+ years ago. I just wanted a little more space by the cup holders, not a full console that needed to be stepped over or around, something my toes could sweep under. A place to put that on-road sandwich or whatever.

I made the buck from mdf, and made some tweeks to it after talking to the local plastics guy. I had him vacuum form 1/8" black abs over it yesterday, trimmed it out and mounted it tonight.

It is what I wanted. It is ever so slightly flimsy, so I would upsize the thickness if I formed it again. Unfortunately the numbers don't crunch to make these, here anyway.

On a recent thread on the 32KD, a member posted the Drain and Water build diagrams, very informative. Does anyone (@bclemens) have them for the 31SS floorpan that they can share for us 31SS owners?
