Hello all,
I'm not sure what model ever chill I have in my sandpiper 3800rk, but last week I started to notice the top of the refrigerator section wasn't getting very cold. It feels like it's closer to the 45⁰-50⁰ range versus the 34⁰ I have it set to. The lower section feels cold, the freezer drawers are good, I just don't know if this an issue, normal behavior and if it is an issue, what could be wrong. Any and all help is appreciated. Please and thank you in advance!

Have you measured the temperatures in the various compartments with an actual thermometer? We can't say if it is a normal condition or not without some reference.

I will do that soon with my multimeter. I have a temp probe accessory for it. But nothing feels cold to the touch like it used too

Here are the temps for upper zone and lower zone. 15 minutes of rest for each. Temp is set to 34⁰ so I'm not sure what's going on. Like I said the freezer section is fine

Final update: It works!

So, the freezer coil was frozen over and not allowing proper air flow. I saw a video on YouTube where someone had explained my exact situation with the exact same refrigerator. I ended up removing the fan assembly to access the freezer coil/evaporator/whatever it's called, stuffed a towel below it to soak up water so it wouldn't overflow the drain and hit the whole thing with my heat gun. Once it was all melted and put back together, I replaced the fuse to give it power and left it overnight. I checked it this morning and it's working like new again.
The fan assembly was a bit of a pain to pull out. There are 2 tabs, one on each side of the assembly that are hidden and attach to the back wall of the freezer. So if this is your first time and you're attempting to do this, be mindful of that. I'm sorry I didn't take any pictures. It was 12am when I did all this.
