Everchill not cooling

I have a 2021 Vibe 26RK. It has the infamous Never Chill 12 volt refrigerator. Fridge model is WD-282FWDC-B

This refrigerator has been to the dealer for repair twice. Each time it was working fine while at the dealer. The problem was it would work at home then while were camping it would stop cooling and the light would be flashing. I would pull the fuse and the system would re-set and it would work for a while and it would quit again. Now it doesn't cool at all no matter what. It has the correct size number 10 wiring to the unit. It has 13 volts to the fridge. It has 13 volts to the compressor board. The light is not flashing and the fan in the freezer is running. I'm thinking it might be the compressor circuit board or the main board. I don't want to start changing expensive circuit boards if that is not the problem. Does anyone have an idea what is wrong? I can fix it if I know what the issue is.

Good luck getting boards. If you find them please post the p/n's.

Can you feel the compressor trying to start?
Should have continuity between the windings in the compressor. Good windings does not mean compressor is good as it could be a mechanical failure.

You can check for voltage at the winding also with it disconnected.
Just guessing that if you get voltage between W/U and Y/U inverter is working.
One may just be momentary for starting though, no idea how the board shuts off the starting circuit. A start and a run winding.

Edit: Just dawned on me since they call that an inverter you may need to switch to AC on your meter.

I called Lipper tech line and they asked me to send some pictures. They told me that the freon has leaked out. If they are correct and If I can get freon put in and the leak fixed that should get it going.

Why would resetting it electrically fix a low freon problem until it all leaked out. Do not recall ever having that as a problem before but anything can happen. Possibly if the freon has moisture in it and freezes and once it warms up to melt starts working again. But you would not necessarily have to turn it off and on, it would warm up on its own and melt the ice in the freon.

Once low it would not keep the fresh food side cold and then graduate to the freezer being warm once it got lower on freon or completely out. Not at all what you are describing in you initial post.

If compressor is running then it could be a freon problem but you do not say if it is running or not.

Just giving you something to ponder.
