Exterior skin panel Airflyre.

I have. 2015 Airflyte 16 and the lower door skin panel fell off on our last outing. I can’t find a replacement or a panel I can get to make my own. Any help on where I can buy some skin would be appreciated. Thx

If you have a semi trailer repair shop near you they will have aluminum side panels for van trailers. Full panels are 49" wide and come in varying heights. 10'. You might be able to buy a cut from a partial panel they have in their shop. It comes smooth, pre-painted white. If you can be satisfied with smooth instead of factory pebbled finish this would be my choice.

Another possibility is roof material called Kemlite. It comes to the distributors in a large roll somewhere around 105" wide and has a pebbled finish. Down side it is translucent roof to allow light in so you would either have to be satisfied with a pale tan color or paint it.

A semi trailer repair shop will have both available in smaller sizes from full size pieces they have cut up to make smaller patches in trailer sides or roofs.

I found the aluminum panel at Hemet Valley RV, seems to be the only place in So Cal that has it. Thx all
