I've doing some searching and not finding a lot of info pertaining to my exact situation. Trying to install this antenna https://parsec-t.com/product/husky-pro-series-ip67-5g-antenna/ on the roof of my 2019 Berk XLT 43C. Antenna diameter is 10.75" and opening through the roof must be 1.5". The antenna came with 7' of cable. I'd like to put the router in the front cabinet on the passenger side where the antenna/cable switch and satellite box currently is (I don't use the satellite) and I'd prefer to power the router by 12v. My problem is that the front cap extends way past the cabinet roughly to the middle of the entry door. One thing I was wondering is how far inward over the roof the wall radius extends. I don't think I would be able to mount this 10.75" antenna and come straight down into one of the cabinets along the passenger side wall but maybe I can buy the riser for this antenna and then bring the cable over to a rectangular IP67 junction and down near the edge of the roof radius leaving a little room for water to run between the radius and junction box but again it all depends on how far over the radius goes. I could measure but wondered if anyone had any experience with it (how far radius extends inward compare to the wall mounted cabinets above passenger seat). The other option I've been considering is to put the router in the half-bath top cabinet but I only have switched 12v source there going to the vanity light and I don't know if it's even possible to tap 12v at a light with these multiplex systems. I'm also open to other ideas on mounting. Thanks in advance.
