Factory slideout repair in Elkhart?

Hi folks! I will be dropping off my 31B3 to have a structural issue with my long slide out repaired in a couple of months. I have a buldge in the rear bottom part of the wall. I plan on leaving it there (I am in Arkansas) for the repair. I was wondering if anyone has done this and what I should expect? Any lessons learned that might give me a heads up on the process?

I dropped my GT5 31L5 of back in November. Got there the night before and parked in the lot by the main gate. It doesn’t look like much and I missed it in the dark do pay attention to the map they send you. They showed up around 0730 and we went through all that they had to do. I can’t say enough about how well this went for us.

I just noticed that they have electrical hookups at the factory so getting there the day before looks like a great option. It's a 700 mile journey from home and I will be going it alone with pulling a toad. Going to try and break it up with 2-3 stops along the way.
