Forester 3011dsf where is main slide out reset?

I've had tech guys looking at my brand new 3011 for over an hour. The main slide out will not retract. Does anyone know where the fuse for the main slide out is, or where the reset button is? They just want to manually retract it, but it needs to be disconnected first.
