2019 29wks Front cap led strip

I have 2019 work and play. I needed to replace to led strip on the front cap. The left came out of the small hole just fine and I replaced it. However, not so lucky on the right side. It broke off inside the cap. I can't figure a way to get to the wires short of cutting a hole in on wall inside the closet. Anyone had this happen? Anyone got a better idea?

Maybe try "fishing" the wires through the hole in the front with a coat hanger or very small hook. Crochet hook or small wire hook.
Otherwise cut that hole in the closet and patch it after the LED repair.
:signhavefun:
Good Luck. Let us know how it ends.

I hope you were successful in getting your lights replaced. I just purchased a Work and Play 25wqb and for the life of me I can’t find where to turn them on. Any suggestions?

My 25 ULA has a few switches on the wall, left side, as you enter the trailer. One is front cap lights ,one is side lights and one switch is for awning extend/retract and the final one for the interior light.

Thanks for your reply. All my switches are on a panel straight ahead as you walk in. Mine has a small red LED on each corner separate from the running lights that I couldn’t get to come on either. I got under it and found that they were never connected to anything. I feel like the front cap lights were never connected either but so far have been unable to locate any wires for them.

Hmmm, that's a tough one. Are all your switches accounted for meaning every switch will turn something on. I have switches in mine that are in strange places, like the main lights in the garage hidden under the cabinet. I found that they do run wiring under the moulding they use to trim up the wall to ceiling area. My awning wires were there. Same in the rear cabinet area.
Also is the switch panel easy to remove. The wires could be run in the back yet not connected.
The heat duct for my entryway did not put out any heat, found the ductwork metal dryer hose pinched shut when they installed the shower. Your lights not working should come as no surprise. What year is it.

It’s a 2019 (that still has the plastic on the mattresses). All switches are in use. The only switch that’s not there is on the bottom of the right side overhead cabinet and it’s for the happy jack beds. I’ll pull the switch panel and have a look soon.

On my 2022 23LT the cap light switch was in the front storage compartment on the camp side front upper corner.
