Front Gen Slider- Manual Overide?

Our 2005 forest river charleston front gen slider has power to the slider switch, pins pulled but nothing happening.. We see the motor to the left of the geneartor but without getting this open, unable to manage gen and replace motor. There is no pull switch in the fuse bay but how do you manually get this slider open? Is there a top lock or security level that needs flipped or why is the gen slider not pulling out ? Thanks

I believe if you remove the motor the slide out tray for the generator will slide freely. The motor was original purchased from a company called Barker manufacturing Here is their website https://www.barkermfg.com/

The part number for the t motor is BAF-24880
