The itinerary is casual, Times of gatherings will be determined as we get closer.
All gatherings will be behind/beside sites 114-115
Tentative Itinerary
Thursday Evening - Registration
Friday Morning - Pancake Breakfast - Provided
Friday Afternoon - On your own to explore park and surrounding areas
Friday night – Meet and greet – potluck finger foods and dessert
Saturday – On your own to explore park and surrounding areas
Saturday- Camper crawl
Saturday night – Potluck
Sunday Morning - Last Gathering – Breakfast Potluck to visit and say Goodbyes.
The camper crawl is always a big hit so don't miss this activity.
This will be our 6th year (7th if not for COVID). We do not have sites set aside for us; it is first come, first serve, so reserve early. The host will hopefully have site #114 again.
Once we hit the 23 sites, the rally will be closed, even if there are sites available at the campground. Logistically we can only handle 23 sites. If the rally is full, email Ron to get put on the waiting list.
If you do register for rally for 2023 and have to cancel for some reason contact Ron first before cancelling your site. We will coordinate you and someone on the waiting list so the moment you cancel the waiting list person can pick up your site.
Thanks
Ron
