I have a 2019 Columbus 1492 366RL and this morning got very woken up by a loud noise coming from the furnace. Went outside and at the panel it was really loud. So I am assuming the blower motor went out. It has a suburban furnace. So do I remove the furnace thru the outside panel?

Possibly... tell us the furnace model number.
There were lots of reports of broken blower wheels. (squirrel cage)

my furnace .. access is from INSIDE through the return vent
can't see how I could possibly get a fan and motor OUT from the discharge vents of the furnace

i suppose it depends on how yours was installed

this video shows a install where motor is accessible from outside

And exactly why I asked for a model number of the furnace. Again, lots of folks think EVERY R/V is exactly like theirs and that simply isn't true.

My current R/V is just opposite of yours Aussie and it all comes out through the OUTSIDE. My previous was access through the INSIDE.

gawdddd hard to please bunch today... video shows a model accessed from outside, I even put wording above video if it accessed from outside ????

If OP comes back and says his is on inside then my answer also says ........... access is through the air return

In theory OP does not need to answer if IN or OUT

Well...
They do if we want to give them good advice. No sense telling them how to get to an inside motor if it's accessed from the outside but as always, you are free to tell them whatever you'd like.

No sense NOT telling how to do both

hopefully ........... by now he has it out and was able to find a replacement motor or fan (if needed) at nearest RV parts place

reckon............ it's still pretty cold up there if he is still in the middle of Ohio
