We purchased a used 2002 Windsong in Late August. Anong the phamplets, information sheets, etc. we received was the Forest River "Owners Manual", which is sadly lacking in information. For example, the sewer flush fill says "See Owner's Manual", but the owner's manual contains no information about the sewer flush fill.
Anyway - - - -
My backup camera stopped working automatically when I shifted into reverse, but worked fine when simply turned on, so my first thought was to check for a blown fuse. I found the conversion fuse block mounted on the firewall near the steering column, but there was nothing to tell me what fuse controlled what feature. After checking 16 fuses, I finally found the blown fuse and replaced it and the BU camera now works as it should.
Here's my problem: I am unable to find any information on what fuses protect what circuit or feature. There's no sketch or diagram in the "Owners Manual" and when I called Forest River, they couldn't help. Somewhere, someplace, there should be information about the fuse blocks and about how other things and features work on the Windstream.
If anyone can shed any light on this lack of useful information problem (a book, a publisher, a source), it will be greatly appreciated.
