Overall we've been happy with their service. In full disclosure we've had our unit in for service 3 times. They managed to damage our unit twice (3 times total b/c they hit it with a forklift when it was brand new the day before our pickup). The second time was dropped off the truck onto its bed while moving it in their yard the third hit by a stone while mowing the yard. Our unit was in for warranty / fitment issues and one issue that needed to go back to FR.

While they damaged the unit they were quick to admit to it and take care of it doing more to make it right. They have also been good with communications and very friendly. I have been happy wirth what they have done.
