Hello, we have a Wildcat 28 RKS and are stationary, skirted with a Roof overhead and full timing it. 14 months ago our Girard 1 died and w3 replaced it with a Girard 2. We LOVED it until 2 months ago when it won’t come up to temp anymore. As per RV Technician and Girard, all possible tests were done to troubleshoot the unit. Now they are saying our water inflow pressure is to high, so we did another test by turning the the control know and it doesn’t matter. It does not come up to temperature. Needless to say we are frustrated with a Girard, as this unit is still under warranty for another 7 months. Has anyone experienced a problem like ours and if so, what was the problem and fix. Sincerely Monika in Canada.😊

People have mixed experiences with the Girard I and II, we had one and it was awful until it was replaced by Riverstone under warranty with a 12 gal Suburban, new units ship with a Truma. That aside, does the burner on your Girard II come on at all, how is the water is it hard, soft or highly mineralized as this can throw off the sensors.
