We just took possession of a used 2019 Grand Lodge 42DL and have a couple of questions:

1. What is the configuration of the 2 grey water tanks? My assumption is that one is for the shower and the other one is for the kitchen and bathroom sinks.

2. Blank tank....the tank smells and we found out that the previous owners would leave the black tank open at all times. My thought is to treat the tank with happy camper and use LOTS of water and hope that the dried solids will eventually break down and get flushed out. Any other thoughts or ideas on this one? We did do 2 cycles of this over the weekend and it does appear to have helped somewhat with the smell.

Welcome to the forum its a great place to get your questions answered. usually with two tanks one is the shower and bath sink the other is for the kitchen. I would recommend Installing a clear 45* elbow on the sewer outlet then using the strongest black tank cleaner you can buy letting it sit with a full tank of water for at least 48 hours then dump and and use your black tank flush system to hopefully break up and flush out what is left.
