Greystone microwave / convection

We have a 2024 Forest River toy hauler and it has a Greystone Microwave / Convection oven in it. We also have a microwave / convection oven at home. At home we bake things on the convection setting in metal pans can you do the same in the Greystone?

Have you looked at the manual for it? "Only microwave safe..." "Remove all metal before cooking."

We did not have the manual but did find a copy. We did use an aluminum pan and it worked fine we were not enter the time correctly. It works like the one we have at home.
