Haloview RD7 will not sync

Recently purchased a Haloview RD7 long range camera. The first trip (November) we took it worked well. Our next trip, first week of Jan, it would not sync/pair.

When powered, the blue light on camera is lit, and the blue power light on the extender is also lit. The wifi light on the extender is not lit, and the pair process does nothing.

Double-checked the connectors between camera - cable - extender and they seem to be ok.

Anyone have any experience with trouble-shooting these cameras?
