Hello we are first time owners of a pop up FR

We have taken our camper out for the second time this season and are loving it. One problem... turned AC unit on and got perfect air flow but it never got cool. Suggestions please?

Found out Dometic is replacing a lot of bad AC units under warrenty

Welcome from Wisconsin. Besides having your AC unit replaced consider doing the space blanket and Reflectix mods to help keep the inside of your pup cooler.

Thank you we have the reflective stuff for it but haven't used it yet

These are well worth the cost. It will make a HUGE difference in keeping you cool in the summer and warm in the colder parts of the year. Really, if there is a single accessory required for a PUP it would be PopUp Gizmos!
