Help me, Help you....

I want to second the opinions mentioned in response to BC's post. We have had zero issues with customer service since we ordered our coach at the Pomona show back in October. Want to give HUGE props to Joe Eash, he was amazing all through the 6 month wait for our coach, super accessible and responsive. And can't say enough about Brian and his presence here on the forum. You just know if you have any issue he will be aware of it and will point you in the direction to take care of it. And want to acknowledge Brandon Droptiny, the west coast service contact who has also been super responsive and is great about returning emails promptly. We are taking our coach back to the dealer for a "fixit" visit with all the issues we have come across in our 4 trips out so far. Most small things, a couple kinda big ones but I have no doubt that all will be taken care of between DDRV Westminster and Dynamax.

Brian, I can only imagine the amount of different directions you are being pulled at any one time. The fact that you have time to dedicate to the site is impressive. I'm sure all of us agree that we really appreciate you being here. Well, there was that one guy….although, I think he's gone now.

I agree with your statement regarding the suppliers. I've reached out to them directly for warranty items and they all have been very accommodating and quickly shipped out the parts. Definitely the way to go.

Hi, We are thinking about getting an Isata 4 31 DS and at this time there is no option for a 2nd AC unit, will you be offering that as an option in the future.
Thanks for the response.

I replied to your PM, as I saw that before this post. We do not offer a 2nd AC for a couple of reasons.
1. It would require 50 amp service and we don't have that designed in.
2. Quality is heavy. That's just the nature of the beast so we're not where we want to be with CCC as it is, a 2nd AC would further reduce that. While we are making changes to cut weight for 2019 MY, we would not want to sacrifice those gains for a 2nd AC.

Thanks for the reply. I had a feeling that would be the answer.

Had the 24FW into the Benz dealership today. On the invoice is the charge for removing the inner door panel and vapour barrier and: "Door lock rod is taped to a wire harness inside the door and will not let the lock rod move full stroke" "suspect tape was from up fitter when vehicle was painted as it was delivered white and door panels where removed for painting."

We have actually said we would pay more for metal latches and the supplier has no interest. We're trying to convert everything to the expand sewer hose holder (threaded tube bike enough for the ends) but the FW is fighting us on placement.

You are the 2nd person to have said something about Mercedes door. Someone brought one up in staff...the key fobs work, but if you put the key in the door it will NOT unlock the door. It will work the ignition. They thought maybe we took the door handles off for paint, but we do not. Looks like there having some labor issues as well.

I'd love a picture of this. We have no reason to take off the vapor barrier....so it depends on where this tape was.

Anyway, I think you are working with our service guys already and they already said they would cover any bill that was our issue.

I'm not sure it is a rumor. I have told anyone that asks...we are currently looking at CAD data and specs on the 2018 Promaster and Ford Transit. Trying to determine which chassis we would choose to pursue. In the meantime, we are developing the 24RB floor plan from the REV onto the Mercedes Sprinter.

Haven't decided that yet. Partly because an RV company decided to change their name to REV group...after we had already used that name.

In theory, but you would have to bring legal action to do anything about it, and there are lots of loop holes.

My 2017 Isata 3 is equipped with a waste hose holder featuring a diameter just large enough to accept the standard drain hose without the quick disconnect fittings that would comprise the complete hose assembly. Is there a larger replacement tube that would fit the same access door? Thanks for the support!

I was just wondering when after a new purchase would I begin to hear back from Dynamax with my warranty information, if at all. I purchased on April 27, 2018 and I haven't heard a word from Dynamax or Dennis Dillon RV. I tried to ask questions of the Salesman, and the Service Manager to no avail.

What are you referring to???

You said in this post that you had been in contact with Brandon (Dynamax service aadvisor) and the dealer who got you taken care of???

I show an email from you to the "contact us" page about the back up camera being wired incorrectly. That email came from you on 5/1/2018. There is a response on 5/3/2018 from Brandon with pictures on where to access the controller.

BC...no, no, no. I am asking about the warranty "Paperwork" if there is such a thing. I am not at all complaining or bringing an issue with warranty service. I also have an appointment at Van City RV on June 25 to take care of warranty issues all minor. I spoke with Mike at Van City RV (not the selling dealer) who is working with me on another customer issue not related to Dynamax. Good people at Van City RV. I highly recommend them.

The only reason for my question about warranty paperwork was for Frieghtliner. Do I contact them after the sale, or is it in process? I thought it would be spelled out somewhere.

I am one happy Dynamax Owner.
