Help please: New rig, furnace works, but no propane to stove, tried all the basics

First time out camping in a 2024 Coachmen Apex Nano 208BHS with a 2 burner Suburban stove, which I cannot light when turning to light and holding the knob down. The dealer told me they tested everything, fwiw.

Furnace puts out heat - doesn't blast you like my pop-up, but maybe that's just how it is? Or maybe the regulator or a line is bad and only letting a little through, not enough for the stove?

1) Have propane in both tanks according to the indicator, smell propane when I remove the hose, and the furnace works.

2) Tried supply valve on either side.

3) Shut off tanks, removed both tank hoses, reconnected, opened the stove, SLOWLY opened the valves and nothing. Several times.

With my pop-up, if it was this problem, I'd get brief ignition and then it would go out.

4) Pushed the knob for at least a minute on the stove to clear out any air that might be in there.

5) Checked the LP sensor - there is no on/off switch. The on light is green. I ran a test cycle (beeped/flashed red) in case that might reset something.

Any other things to try??

Didn't they show you that it worked, during the PDI/walk-through?

Outside propane griddle doesn't work either

We tested most things but obviously not that. Didn’t have a lighter on me.*

I couldn't get the outside griddle to work either. So I'm guessing that is either a bad regulator or a stuck line they delivered it with?

Turn off the water heater from electric and try on propane. May have to run some water through it to cool down or just wait.
Do you hear it kick on?
I had an intermittent heat problem one time and turning on the water heater cleared it up. Don't ask why but it was recommended by another member who cleared his up doing that.

Do all your vents feel like good air flow? Or "doesn't blast" is heat and air flow?

Good idea with the HWH, but I switched it over and ran the water for a min or two until luke warm and didn't hear it kick on.

The furnace puts out hot air, but it is not as (uncomfortably) warm as my pop-up was. Could be restricted flow, or the way it is.

Loosen the feed to the stove and test with leak soap or nose and ears. Those orifices are small may take longer to bleed out.

The range does have an internal regulator to reduce the propane pressure even further than the regulator near the tanks does. You can usually see it by lifting the top cover of the range. It's often near the front left, occasionally near the front right.

You don't often hear of these regulators failing, but a few cases have been reported here.
