Help with identifying

I am hoping to get some help with identifying this pop up. My hunch is 1984 Rockwood 1460. But is it the M-1460 that supposedly can in at about 900lbs? I am looking at it this week and hoping it can be towed with my Equinox. The ad says it’s a 1460 but the owner doesn’t know what year.

I can't say, but the fabric looks remarkable for age if a 1984. Original sides??

If you're going to see it this week, check the title. That should have the year on it.

The year will be on the title. If he does not have the title run!!!!!!!

If he does not have the title he will have a great BS story...... Run until he can come up with it.
