Hemispere

I have a customer that came in for service. He says his slide out isn’t coming in right. It will start and stop start again and stop. He said one side goes but not the othe. He had to help by pushing it in. I asked if his battery was good and he says yes. So my tech looked at it and says it ran fine several times in a row. He is not accepting that answer. Is there anything that could be causing this other than a battery issue?

First, I'm assuming that you meant Hemisphere. Are you asking about a Salem Hemisphere?
Second, you do know that this Forum has NO association with Forest River Inc, rignt? It's just made up of owners of FR products.
Not sure if your RV shop techs can't diagnose it, that anyone here would could do better.

We have a Hemisphere and have never had that problem. Does he use the tablet or the switch? If the switch isn’t working, try the tablet. We had that problem for the stabilizers. The switch failed, but we were told the tablet would work, and it did.
