YES, it truly is and you can better help yourself by checking out the smaller MENU under FORUMS and completing as much info as you want to share about your RV in USER CP.
Next, click on FOUMS and pan down the page of listed RVS until you find your RV join that group and watch for issues others have and stop them before they become bigger problems before they happen.

Truma Parts

Hey I saw you mentioned your water heater by truma. My temp stabilizer cracked and the only place I can find online that sells a replacement is hydronic heating warehouse. Did you order parts from them? The site seems like a scam. Phone number doesn’t work either.

As of 45 days ago, I was ordering parts from them that were delivered.
1 ea. Mixing Vessel
1 ea. Circulating Pump
1 ea. O-rings
1 ea. Decalcification Tablets

They also do business as "Master Tech RV" right there in Elkhart IN which is where Truma is located. I was able to get ahold of Master Tech RV and confirm my order. They said they had to place the order for the part before they can ship it to me so my assumption is they have some 'Truma trained' technicians so they can get these parts directly from Truma and send them to the end user since Truma wont sell to us blue collar folks who are trying to save some money and enjoy our RV's. I'll update the outcome here for anyone who has a hard time finding information on this like I did.

Master Tech aka Hydronic Heating Warehouse

Just another note regarding online ordering. If you opt for the ShopPay/Affirm option of paying, you get 0% interest for limited time. But the BIG advantage is that they do not charge you the sales tax. In Chino Valley, AZ, sales tax is 10.4%. On a $500+ order, I saved over $50.

The parts from Hydronic heating warehouse came in 7 days after ordering and were OEM truma parts. Fit like a glove and was super simple to swap. I'm back up and running like new. Thanks to this thread right here!
