If your pump is running.....your symptoms do not sound like a problem with the hydraulic pump imo.
Your symptoms sound like faulty valve bodies. While the slide/jacks may not seem to work well, which could seem like the pump isn't doing it's job properly, a bypassing valve will not allow proper pressure to those jacks or slide cylinder so that they can work well. Once the jack or slide are in position, the valve bodies should be locking them in position, which sounds like yours are not.
There is more I would do to diagnose the issue if it were my coach. But one thing that will NOT hurt is to pull the fluid out of the reservoir tank and refill with new fluid. Then run the jacks and slides through a few cycles. Might need to do that a couple times. Seal conditioner added to the fluid might also be something to consider. This can clean and help the seals to do their job on older systems.
