First ever post. I have a 2004 Georgetown 359 TS. The hydraulic system is giving me fits. The slide drifts out, the Jacks drift down while driving and generally don't work well. Does anyone have any information on Troubleshooting, repair or replacement of the bump? I replaced the motor on the pump last year and that fixed a lot of issues, but i need more info. Thanks for the help.

If your pump is running.....your symptoms do not sound like a problem with the hydraulic pump imo.

Your symptoms sound like faulty valve bodies. While the slide/jacks may not seem to work well, which could seem like the pump isn't doing it's job properly, a bypassing valve will not allow proper pressure to those jacks or slide cylinder so that they can work well. Once the jack or slide are in position, the valve bodies should be locking them in position, which sounds like yours are not.

There is more I would do to diagnose the issue if it were my coach. But one thing that will NOT hurt is to pull the fluid out of the reservoir tank and refill with new fluid. Then run the jacks and slides through a few cycles. Might need to do that a couple times. Seal conditioner added to the fluid might also be something to consider. This can clean and help the seals to do their job on older systems.

Thanks for the reply. The faulty valve bodies, are they on the pump and can they be refurbished or replaced? I did top off the reservoir and added stop leak last year. it seemed to help but after spending six months parked on the farm things have gotten worse.

valve bodies are where the hoses connect near the pump. should be electrical wires connecting to them too.

Lack of use....often causes valve bodies to stick. Completely changing the fluid might be worth the effort. Cycle that through the systems a few times and see if it improves.
