I believe I have a mouse odor

After winter storage I have terrible odor in camper. Fortunately, I have not had much experience with mice but I am assuming that is it. Appears to be most significant in and around the refrigerator. I believe in the walls around it. I have removed the refrigerator and cleaned in back and around it. Including the area below that has very limited access. I was able to put my shop vac hose into that area. How do I get rid of an odor that is in an area I can not access to the source. Any suggestions?

If it’s mice, you’ll see the droppings.

For the odor, somethign strong like vinegar left out can attack an odor.

Do need to find the source. Rotting wood or a critter stuck in the wall or the like will need to be addressed.

Thank you. There were droppings but I have been able to maneuver my shop vac to get everything I could see. Just perplexed how to get access to those areas that are mostly enclosed.

All you can easily do is set traps, unless you have a pet cat. Remove all food, even containerized.

The wooden snap traps are the best. I’ve had luck with peanut butter.

Good to place them where you see their droppings the most.

There is poison which will work, but they could die in a wall.

With traps, you will need to lay several and keep resetting them until they stop coming.

Having same issue in my home basement. Something is dead down there. A bit cluttered, can't see where. I'm going to just open windows until smell goes away. Dehumidifier is running, whatever it was (probably a mouse) will eventually dry up. Nothing you can remove to access the space? In my case below the fridge is the load center/converter which can be pulled to access area a bit. Above my fridge is the microwave which is not too difficult to unscrew and remove.
